A visit to the St. Clair College Centre for the Arts is a visit to a dynamic environment. Both inside and out, you'll be inspired by its beautiful architecture and scenery. Our location on the Detroit River, overlooking Detroit's magnificent skyline provides a wonderful backdrop to any event. The perfectly manicured gardens along Windsor's Riverfront provide a remarkable foreground to the beauty beyond.

Our rooftop Riverview Terrace and the floor-to-ceiling glass façade in our Ballroom provide a truly memorable view of the Detroit Skyline. And with more than 1,400 hotel rooms within a short walk - 500 accessible from our climate controlled walkway - The Centre is truly a one-stop destination with the convenience, flexibility and excitement you deserve.

Our immediate proximity to Detroit (across the river) provides an easily accessible venue for international gatherings. Conventions, exhibitions, meetings, seminars and other events fit perfectly into our downtown, riverfront location. With Casino Windsor, downtown shopping and a wide selection of restaurants and night time entertainment all within comfortable walking distance, our location provides the perfect escape after a day filled with meetings or seminars.

The Centre's meeting, exhibition and banquet space covers 40,000 square feet over four levels and is designed with function and flexibility in mind. Our function rooms can accommodate up to 1,500 guests and are ideal for meetings and catered events such as weddings, corporate events and banquets.

With 25 meeting rooms available, The Centre can comfortably accommodate groups from 10 to 1,500 people in any configuration for meetings, presentations, seminars, break-out groups and breakfast, lunch or dinner functions. Services that are included in the Meeting Room Rental package are:

  • Customized floor plan
  • Room set-up per client's specifications - i.e. seating set as hollow square, boardroom, theatre, classroom, U-shaped, etc.
  • Ice water service
  • Pads, pencils
  • Personalized signage
  • White boards and markers
